How renewal works
Your plan renews at its list price plus HST (Lawn and Snow before your next season starts, Both yearly on the date you first paid). We email you 30 days before renewal, and you pay by Interac e-transfer or a one-time payment link. Nothing is charged automatically. To cancel, reply to that email. If a renewal isn't paid, the app shows a payment screen until it is. Nothing is deleted.
Between seasons
A Lawn or Snow plan covers the off-season too. The app stays open, so you can plan and quote year-round. If you stop or skip a season, we don't delete anything. Your customers, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices and settings are kept for at least 24 months after your last paid season. Come back next season, pay the renewal, and everything is where you left it. You can ask us to delete your shop's data at any time by emailing chris@tinkerandscribe.com. After 24 months without a paid season we delete it, except the records Canadian tax law requires us to keep.
How to purchase
- 01Request pilot access. Email chris@tinkerandscribe.com or take the operator survey. Christopher will send your pilot code.
- 02Start your free trial. Sign up at windrow.tinkerandscribe.com with your code. You get 30 days before your first payment is due.
- 03Pay after the trial. Pay by Interac e-transfer or a secure card link we send you. Both is CA$599 + HST for the pilot year, lawn-only is CA$399 + HST, and snow-only is CA$599 + HST. If it isn't paid by day 32, the app shows a payment screen until it is. Your customers, jobs and invoices are saved.
Extra seats
Owner + 1 seat are included on every plan. Extra seats are CA$199 a seat for each season on Lawn or Snow, or CA$350 a seat a year on Both, plus HST. They're prorated for the rest of your current season or year, and they renew with your plan.
